30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, and included materials must be returned with the product.

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

How to Start a Return

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Return instructions will be provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@elitesteps.shop.

We may request photographs of the item and packaging to evaluate the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrectly shipped item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product arrived damaged;

  • The product is defective;

  • The wrong item was shipped.

In these cases, Elite Steps will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or model, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer;

  • Products returned without original packaging;

  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable;

  • Gift cards.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.

After this period, orders may have already entered processing or fulfillment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Elite Steps before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider so that we may attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Limitation of Liability

Elite Steps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
